Black N’ Gold Weekly is a weekly Boston Bruins show on YouTube hosted by Jon Duncan. Duncan is a lifelong hockey fan who played the sport for over ten years growing up. While the Bruins are the Massachusetts native’s favorite team, he has been covering the entire NHL on YouTube since 2017. Episode 36 of Black N’ Gold Weekly is here. Training camp has begun for the Bruins, and the preseason kicks off Sunday night. I go through the Bruin’s preseason schedule. They play six games, four of which will be televised on cable and two available on NHL Network. After, I delve in to some of the biggest storylines surrounding the Bruins at the start of training camp: Jake DeBrusk and his need to bounce back, if the Bruin’s defense is good enough, and some young players to keep an eye on.
