Earlier today, the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) Boston Fleet announced their roster for the 2025-26 campaign. The upcoming season will be the franchise’s third season as apart of the PWHL, and their second under their Fleet identity.
The third season will officially kick off at home, as they’re set to face Montreal on November 23rd, with the match up set for the Tsongas Center. The Fleet will split their home games between the Tsongas Center, in Lowell, Massachusetts, and Agganis Arena, in Boston, Massachusetts.
To be more specific, eight of the Fleet’s home games will be played at the Tsongas Center, four will be played at Agganis Arena, and three of the Fleet’s home games’ locations have yet to be announced. The Fleet played just two home games at Agganis Arena last season.
The other half of the Fleet’s 30 games will be played on the road. After their season opener, the Fleet hit the road right away to square off against the Toronto Sceptres on November 29th.
In terms of match ups, the Fleet will face Montreal at home twice and on the road twice, they’ll face Vancouver at home three times and on the road twice. Minnesota is also split with two home games and two away games, as is Toronto, Ottawa and New York.
The Fleet will see Seattle five times this season, with two at home and three on the road, tying Vancouver for their longest season series, at five games. There’s just under two months before things kick off for the Boston Fleet, and training camp is expected to open in just about a month from now.
