The Bruins are back at home tonight, taking on the visiting Winnipeg Jets in the second and final matchup of the regular season. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. EST, and everything you need ahead of the game will be found here.

Tonight’s game, as mentioned, is the second and last of the two teams’ season series, and the first taking place at TD Garden. The first time these two teams met this season, in Winnipeg, ended in a 6-3 victory for Boston.

Lineup

There is one lineup shift ahead of tonight’s game, and that’s Lukas Reichel slotting in on the third line, officially making his Bruins debut. The 23-year-old left-winger was called up yesterday from Providence on an emergency basis. Through 3 games with the Providence Bruins, Reichel has recorded 1-4-5 and a plus/minus of +6.

Reichel, speaking ahead of tonight’s game after the Bruins’ morning skate at TD Garden, seems excited for a new opportunity, commenting, “’m really excited for the game and just can’t wait to get going.” He went on to state, “Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. For me, it’s just all about being good mentally, playing with energy, play to win.”

He’ll be playing next to Elias Lindholm and Morgan Geekie, as Bruins’ coaching staff hopes to give both struggling players a spark. The rest of the lineup remains the same as it was in Montreal, and Jeremy Swayman will get the nod between the pipes.

Highlights

There’s a few Bruins nearing milestones, including Elias Lindholm (three assists away from 400 in his career), Casey Mittelstadt (four games away from 500 career games), and David Pastrnak (two assists away from 500 in his career).

Pavel Zacha just recently passed a career milestone, recording a new career best in goals, scoring his 21st and 22nd goals of the season on Tuesday night in Montreal. Along with Zacha, Charlie McAvoy remains red-hot, continuing his point streak in Tuesday’s game with an assist on Zacha’s first goal.

Extending his point streak to eight games, McAvoy has recorded 4-6-10 in the span and is only one game away from matching his career high nine-game point streak, which was recorded earlier this season.
