Bruins Subban Earns First Win Of 2016-17 AHL Season

The 4-5-2 Providence Bruins beat the 3-6-0 Binghamton Senators last night at the Veterans Center Arena in Binghamton, New York by the score of 4-2. Although there were many positive contributions from other Baby B’s players during last night’s contest, the story of the game was the play of goaltender Malcolm Subban and his first 2016-17 AHL victory.

Boston Bruins prospect and defenseman for the QMJHL’s Saint John Sea Dogs got himself first star honors in a game tonight against the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles. The Sea Dogs beat the Eagles by the score of 6-1 where Zboril contributed a goal and an assist on the road at the Centre 200 in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

Per theahl.com transactions, The Boston Bruins have recalled Center Sean Kuraly from their AHL affiliate the Providence Bruins. The 23-year-old Dublin, Ohio native joined the B’s earlier today and was at the morning skate according to the official Bruins Twitter account below.
