Episode Five Summary

In episode five of Black N’ Gold Weekly, Jon is joined by Bruins fan and show supporter Avi Hoffman. Jon and Avi begin the show by looking at the past week for the Bruins. They talk about the offense finally breaking out of their scoring slump and the Bruins current winning streak. They touch the special team’s success the Bruins have had so far, as well as the play of their young defense core. Next, the guys talk about the return of David Pastrnak and what it could mean for the team. Avi and Jon then look at the current injury situation for the Bruins, who have multiple players out of the lineup. The focus then shifts to who will be the odd man out once everyone is back healthy? Finally, the show ends with a look ahead to Boston’s games this week against the Capitals and Flyers.
