Bruins Prospect Axel Andersson Assigned To QMJHL Moncton

Bruins prospect Axel Andersson is headed to join the Moncton Wildcats of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) as first reported by Mark Divver on Tuesday morning. Moncton confirmed the report on Wednesday morning.

Bruins Announce More Transactions

Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced on Tuesday afternoon that the team had assigned forward Peter Cehlarik and defenseman Jakub Zboril to Providence. Sweeney also announced that forward Joakim Nordstrom will start the season on IR. Cehlarik had recently cleared waivers yesterday.
