Bruins Prospect John Beecher cut From USA Roster and Tests Positive for Covid-19

John Beecher the 2019 first-round selection of the Boston Bruins has been cut from the USA’s World Juniors roster. The 25 man roster was released this morning, a surprise to many that the 2001 born forward was not included. Bruins Sign D Prospect Victor Berglund To ELC

This afternoon Boston Bruins general manager Don Sweeney announced that the team has signed Swedish defense prospect Victor Berglund to a three-year, entry-level contract (ELC). Per CapFriendly, the deal carries an average annual value (AAV) of $850,833 and a cap hit of $818,333.
