Forwards Guay, Hudson, Johnson, Kalmikov, and defensemen Bean and Berger will most likely report back to ECHL Maine before their 2024-25 season stats and in camp to fill a roster but also show that they should be considered for recalls in case an injury happens.

The Providence Bruins play two preseason games this weekend with a home-and-home matchup against Atlantic Division rival Springfield Thunderbirds. The first game between these two clubs starts on Friday night, October 4th, at the MassMutual Center in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. The second game of this home-and-home will be on Saturday night, October 5th, at the Amica Mutual Pavillion in downtown Providence, Rhode Island.
