With the 165th overall pick in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft, the Boston Bruins selected Russian-born Center Kirill Yemelyanov. Spending the season with Loko Yaroslavl of the Russian Junior Hockey League, Yemelyanov picked up 13 goals and 23 points, with a +/- rating of +12. Boston Bruins Select Cooper Simpson 79th Overall in 2025 NHL Entry Draft

The Bruins traded down from the 69th overall selection. The team added picks #79 and #108. With the 79th selection, the Bruins add Minnesota-native Cooper Simpson. With their second draft pick of the second round, the Boston Bruins select defenseman Liam Pettersson with the 61st overall pick. Pettersson, hailing from Gislaved, Sweden, joins the Bruins organization after spending the last four years with the Växjö Lakers youth teams.
