Bruins Training Camp: Day 1 Recap

Day one of the Bruins training camp saw 50 skaters and six goalies take the ice, hoping to make the team’s final NHL roster. The organization split their players into groups, conducting two sessions at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., respectively. Here’s what I saw:

Providence Bruins General Manager Evan Gold announced this morning that Matthew Poitras has signed an Amateur Tryout (ATO) contract with the Boston Bruins’ top AHL affiliate. Poitras was the Boston Bruins’ second-round selection (54th overall) in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft.
