With the 165th overall pick in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft, the Boston Bruins selected Russian-born Center Kirill Yemelyanov. Spending the season with Loko Yaroslavl of the Russian Junior Hockey League, Yemelyanov picked up 13 goals and 23 points, with a +/- rating of +12. The Boston Bruins used the 100th overall selection on Colorado-born Czech defenseman Vashek Blanár, also known as Vashen Richards. Blanár stands at 6’4” and weighs 183 lbs. He played last season for IF Troja-Ljungby in Sweden.
