The National Hockey League Boston Bruins are set to welcome a new wave of talent and returning prospects as their annual development camp kicks off this week at Warrior Ice Arena in Brighton, Massachusetts. This highly anticipated public event offers fans and Bruins media alike first glimpses at the future of the franchise, including the team’s selections from this weekend’s 2026 NHL Entry Draft, previous draft picks, and a handful of invited camp hopefuls who’ll round out the roster.

The development camp runs from Monday, June 29th, through Thursday, July 2nd, with daily on-ice sessions designed to challenge and develop the skills of the Bruins’ top young players. The event provides an invaluable experience for both drafted prospects and undrafted invitees as they compete, learn from the Bruins’ development staff, and showcase their abilities in front of management, coaches, and scouting staff.

The schedule for this year’s camp is as follows:

  • Monday, June 29th: The forwards take the ice first in session one at 9:50 am, followed by the defensemen in session two at 11:30 am.
  • Tuesday, June 30th: The day starts with defensemen on the ice at 9:15 am, while the forwards hit the ice for the second session at 11:00 am.
  • Wednesday, July 1st: The entire group will skate together in a full session beginning at 9:30 am.
  • Thursday, July 2nd: The camp concludes with a full group session and scrimmages starting at 9:30 am, giving fans a chance to see the prospects in a game-like setting.

This year’s roster features the Bruins’ latest draft class, including players selected just this past weekend at the 2026 NHL Entry Draft. They will be joined by prospects from recent drafts, many of whom have already made names for themselves in collegiate or junior hockey. In addition, the Bruins have extended invites to several undrafted players, giving them an opportunity to earn a spot within the organization.

Whether you’re a die-hard fan eager to scout the next wave of talent or simply looking for some summer hockey excitement, the Bruins’ annual development camp is a can’t-miss event this week in Brighton.
