On Tuesday, the Boston Bruins announced their training camp roster for the 2024-25 season. Fifty players, including one non-roster invite, have been invited to training camp. The Bruins’ camp begins tomorrow, with the first skate of the season at 10 a.m. on Thursday.

The big name missing from the list is goaltender Jeremy Swayman, who has yet to reach a deal with the team. However, recent reports from Darren Dreger of TSN have said that “positive vibes (are) coming out of Boston” regarding a deal.
Johnson, the one non-roster player invited to training camp, signed a Professional Tryout Agreement (PTO) with the team on Aug. 31. Last season, the 34-year-old recorded 31 points in 67 games for the Chicago Blackhawks.
Some of the intriguing names on the list are prospects in the teams’ system, some of whom played in the Bruins’ prospect games earlier this week. Those players include Duran, Farinacci, Harrison, Kuntar, Nelson, Bavaro, Brunet, Edward, Johansson, and Bischel.
