Boston Bruins Place Defenseman Ian Mitchell on Waivers

The Boston Bruins have placed defenseman Ian Mitchell on waivers, Elliotte Friedman announced on Friday. Mitchell, who signed a one-year extension with the team on July 23rd, 2024, made the team’s opening night roster with an Injured Non-Roster designation due to an undisclosed injury suffered in practice on Monday.
